Angela Sun

Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and TV host. Angela Sun was born on October 19, 1979, located in Santa Clara County California. She has won awards for her work as a journalist sportscaster producer and actor. She earned her degree in Sociology and Communication from the University of California. Sun had outstanding surfing skills. Following her participation in several pro-am surfing events, she was sponsored by Roxy Reef Billabong Vans and other big brands. It was the recognition she gained through participating in these events that led her into the realm of entertainment. She, later on went to become an actress, sportscaster filmmaker and investigative journalist. Sun has been a reporter on several news outlets, but mostly in the role of anchor. In 2003, Sun was a Fox Sports Net Correspondent. She also hosted American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute for the season 2014. Sun was the first Asian American to appear in ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun, who is an accomplished actress and has been in many movies and has become famous for her talents. Her roles include Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009) Shackled 2005, Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun released Platic Paradise : The Great Pacific Garbage Patch, an documentary she wrote and wrote herself.
